Film and Video Production in Austin

Have you seen some of the new movies with the amazing effects? They make me interested in becoming a film producer or even directing my own. I don’t know enough about video recording, special effects or even how to operate lighting for the best effect. I do have lots of ideas on what would make a good movie though. I found an Austin film and video production site that offers some basic services and I am wondering about a possible internship or something. Who knows, maybe they are looking for an overcreative, extrovert for some rare film appearance or experience where I could learn some new skills. There is no age on when you stop learning. I just need to research more into film school or video production so I can start doing some of my own productions.

Next Generation Video Conferencing

As a business executive I often have the opportunity to take part in video conferencing meetings at least once a month. Like many others I consider these to be quite mundane and boring. Well, that was until telepresence became a part of the equation. Our company recently upgraded it’s video conference system and now we enjoy conducting meetings in true high definition video quality.

Not only is the video image in high def but it also offers a full cinematic view, stereo surround sound and high resolution. This makes for the perfect combination and in turn allows you to experience a real-live conversation. These days most of our staff actually can’t wait until the next meeting. This new system has allowed us to connect with our clients from across the globe in what appears like a real meeting. In fact at times it can feel quite surreal.
